PR: We thank You, Father, for setting us free
from the power of sin, the deceptions of the evil one, and the fear of
death. We thank You that Your Son Jesus
removes the darkness of pride, selfishness, jealousy, and bitterness. We thank You for the fruits of Your Spirit so
that we may enjoy hope, peace, and love.
MN: Guide all the Bible teachers who will be
leading their classes tonight. Bless all
the students that they might truly feed on Your Word and grow closer to You.
SG:
Father, we confess that we are often inattentive to the leading of Your Spirit
in our lives; that we can be blind to
needs of even those close to us, and often grumble about the service that we do
render in Your name. Help us to be
greater servants; to be cheerful givers; to be willing workers in your
kingdom. Prevent us from falling in love
with the pleasures and possessions of the world and neglecting our own
spiritual growth or the opportunity to serve others.
