MEDITATION:
"Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will
flee from you. Come near to God and he
will come near to you" - James 4:7-8

SG:
Father, we ask that over the next 40 days we will be able to surrender
ourselves more completely to you through this prayer campaign. Give us a hunger for your presence and power
in our life; grant us an appetite for
your Word; awaken a thirst in our heart
for your Spirit. Lord, purge us from
pride, and give us victory over sin in our lives, that we might draw closer to
you.
SG: In return, Father, we ask that you draw even
closer to us, as we draw near to You; we
ask that through your Spirit you will grant us a deeper sense of Your presence
in our lives in the days ahead. Help
our souls become strong as we focus on You.
MN: Bless the ministry of our Growth Groups today
as we discuss Your plan for our marriages.
Lord, we ask your blessing on every couple and every family in this
church, and we pray that these 40 Days will strengthen our relationships.
