Day 14

According to John 14:27 Jesus promised, “Peace I leave with you; My peace I give unto you; not as the world gives, do I give to you.  Let not your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful.”

Observation:  People are longing for and looking for peace which only the Prince of Peace, Jesus Christ can give.  Peace is a gift which our Lord wills to bestow upon all.

Prayer:  Father, in our land that is filled with violence, help me to be an instrument of your peace, showing it and sharing it with those who are in search for peace.
